Position Summary

As a Property Consultant you will be responsible for selling property by Communicating with clients to provide consultations. You will be tasked with growing our customer base by contacting leads and Following up with Current and potential customers..


Responsibilities and duties:

  • Daily calls to potential leads and customers on the internal CRM.
  • Keeping a strong follow up with customers through calls, whats-app, email, texts, etc.
  • Finding new ways to find potential buyers.
  • Attend trainings, presentations conducted in the department.
  • Obtain Updates and offers from construction company/agencies.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the direct manager.
  • Present suitable offers to customers.
  • Create lists for sale properties, with information location, features, square footage, etc.
  • Other duties related to job.

Desired Qualifications:

  • BSc in business or any related field /High school degree.
  • 1-2 years Proven work experience as customer service representative
  • Experience in real estate field (is a must).
  • Strong knowledge with CRM systems and practices.
  • Fluency in English, in addition to Mother tongue.

Other Capabilities:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Time- management, multitask and patient person
  • Ability to respond and dealing with different types of characters
  • Effective Telephone Communication Skills.
