As a HR specialist you will be responsible for cooperate in setting up department policies with manager, maintaining and following up employee records, and recruiting new employees as needed in an efficient manner.
- Assist HR Manager in Design, implement all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures
- keeping in touch with heads of departments to understand the needs of new hiring, and managing recruitment process
- Designing and updating organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
- Schedule Interviews, tests, for new Applicants
- Participating in monthly and annual performance review sessions
- Mastering Payroll system, benefits, and compensation for employees.
- Designing and conducting orientation for new employees
- Ensuring a healthy and comfortable environment in workplace
- Any duties related to job field
- BSc/MSc in Business administration, Human Resources or relevant field
- 2 -3 years previous work experience in HR field
- Very good understanding of the full recruitment process
- Well knowledge of labor legislation and employment equity regulations
- Fluency in English, In addition to mother tongue, Turkish is plus
- Time management skills, Problem solving, leadership, strong personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Teamwork and individual player
- Multi-task person
